  2. Hi Shayna, thanks for the great reminder. I’d love for you to talk about a scenario I keep encountering with organizational prospects. I’ve been asked after having a discovery meeting with my corporate prospects to send them an outline of what we talked about that will address their issue and pricing. Instead of writing a proposal, I’ve put together an engagement letter with an outline of what we’ll cover with pricing. The problem is that after that, I don’t hear back from them. It’s frustrating especially since they’re the ones who invited me in. What do I need to do differently to put an end to this kind of scenario? Thanks!
