We’re always looking for ways to get our foot in the door with potential corporate clients (and NOT get our toes smashed!)
Here is a brilliant strategy that very few others are doing that can be a great boost to your marketing campaign:
- Create a free resource about a pain point or challenge your potential client is facing and email it to them. A short 2-4 page PDF should do the trick
- Then follow-up with a phone call in one week to make sure they received your report, answer any questions they may have, and find out what interested them about the insights you provided. A great question to ask is “How are you currently addressing this challenge?”
The answer they give you will likely be a great segue into you giving 2-3 bullet points about how you can help them overcome this challenge.
This is such a non-salesy way to get your potential clients on the phone AND gives you a great way to stay top of mind. Not to mention how much it increases your credibility….
